I refilled Brother LC31 color cartgidges but the printer still says they are empty. I bought a new black on and the printer see's it OK with no problem. What might be the reason on the color cartridges are showing empty? They are full. The printer is a Brother MFC 3420C Is there a way to reset the printer to not give the error message?
